Warranty Inspection

The One-year Warranty inspection is performed to document the condition of your home prior to the end of the builder’s one-year warranty. The inspection will identify code violations and workmanship that should be addressed to your builder. This inspection should be scheduled near the eleventh month anniversary after closing your new home. This is your last opportunity to have the builder make any necessary corrections.
